Welcome to our website
The National Society Colonial Dames XVII Century
at present has approximately 12,000 members. We have chapters
in 45 states, one chapter in Canada and members throughout the
world.
As descendents of the early colonists, who came to this country, our Society
celebrates their bravery and determination to worship freely,
seek freedom and liberty and to forge a new nation in the new
world.
We are dedicated to preserving our heritage, tracing our colonial ancestors and
providing a vehicle for nationwide historic preservation and
other patriotic and charitable activities.
If you are interested in further inquiries beyond the information contained in
this web site, please contact a State President or our Headquarters
for the proper state contact.
We welcome all who have a love of our heritage and who wish to preserve its history
and honor our ancestors, who helped establish America - the
Land of the free and the Home of the Brave. Sandra W. Renzy, President
General
